Product Description

Tunisia annually produces around 50,000 tons of almonds, 2 to 3% of world production of this fruit. This is the 7th World almond producer, and fifth in the Mediterranean, after Spain (210,000 tonnes, 12% of world production), Syria (120,000), Italy (118,000) and Morocco (70,000 ).
